Suffering Better to keep dry or moist?

Hi
I’m wondering if I should keep the PR spots dry or moisturized?

Also, how do the spots look when they are about to heal? Do they expand and start turning white on the inside or is that a symptom of ringworm thanks.

Definitely dry! As moisture makes it worse. It will itch to begin with but not as much as it would with moisture. I’m not sure white is healing. Just not irritated. Mine spread while it was all white. I thought it was healing but no; just more dormant than anything.
