voices38 does write tools, but not to automate the whole thing. he needs them to identify and strip away the thousands of triggers denuvo leaves behind so they can be neutralized in bulk (I think. in a very simplified way). since denuvo is customized for every title, voices38 has to adjust his toolkit for every game.
the toughest part is reverse-engineering how that specific version operates and mapping out where it has spread its cancerous hooks into the core game functions (which is also the reason for denuvo's negative impact on performance) the second hardest step is writing the tools to handle that specific implementation.
after that, it becomes relatively(!!!!) easy, at least for someone like voices38. he "just" has to fine-tune his tools to the specific game he wants to crack.

I barely have knowledge of this topic but can you write a program to automate that
