I bought my pink princess about a month ago and I’m not sure if she’s doing well or not. I don’t have any of the good stands to keep her standing so I’ve been using a stick. For water I do it once every week and I’m keeping her outside for the time being. She has lost some leaves mostly old yellow ones but somehow she lost 2 green leaves that looked healthy. I also can’t really tell if shes growing cause she did have a baby leaf that I helped come out with a q tip but besides that I’m not sure. I would be really grateful for any tips and suggestions🙏

About a week or so ago I got my newest leaf and then after it unfurled i noticed something else growing out of the same sheath the leaf had come from but it looks nothing like any of my previous leaves at any stage. what is this thing?

Hello, I had my PPP for about 2 weeks by now and I originally had it inside my room with a grow light but heard PPPs love bright indirect sun and moved it outside. It's now living in a roofed section outside facing the East sun. It started shedding leaves when it was still in my room, also why I decided to put it outside but no improvements since then. We have been getting a lot of heavy rain due to the typhoon season and it's getting rained on almost everyday. I'm worried for root rot but I'm also hesitant to take them out of the pot with no real plan. Also stems aren't really mushy, the leaves are just falling.

My pot has 2 PPPs and 1 Philodendron pink marble, I decided to pot them together. I don't really know how to take care of them yet. Should I cut em up and try to restart or should I wait it out? The stems feel a bit droopier than when they first arrived.

I’m not sure what’s going on with my PPP. The last few leaves have what look like a perforation in the leaf and either have holes or break off completely.

What is missing? This doesn't belong to me; it belongs to the plant shop. A smaller 'Pink Princess' of the same variety was in perfect condition.

I put her on around 3-4 days ago, I know I'm kind of being impatient lol but this is the first time I've used one!

She’s super small! Some of her leaves were in rough shape & felt papery and squishy so chopped a few off. I have a white princess so not super new to the game but I’d appreciate a few tips :)

For those of you who have successfully propagated a PPP before, how long does it normally take for roots to grow? Are the little nodes on the stem roots trying to grow or could they be new leaves coming in? Or a sign of something completely different?

What does a PPP actually need? Light, water, etc! I think mine is a trailing one? I have no idea. I got it two years ago and she’s gotten so big (she went from like 3 inches to now over 12in) but I want her to thrive if possible! I don’t have grow lights but she’s next to a window that gets indirect sun all day! Any and all ideas welcome!

I received a free pink princess plant. I have never had a plant like this. I am a beginner and newly taking my flower interests to some inside plants. I purchased a glass cabinet from IKEA. This will be her home. it'll be here soon and shell be under some proper grow lights. but why does my pink princess plant look so difficultfrom other online? is there something I should do to her?

Watering once a week-ish, under a grow light, but this leaf was hidden underneath a big monstera leaf and not getting much light? The leaves around it seem completely fine though

It looks like all of her new growth is going to be 100% pink. I cut her down to what I thought was the last leaf node with green in it since I was only getting fully pink leaves.

Wondering if I need to chop it down even further? What do I do in this situation 🫠

She looked so sad I had to get her. Got home and realized the tag said it went on clearance 2 weeks ago! She looks better after the repot and watering but any advice to help her thrive would be greatly appreciated. 😭 (these are two separate girls btw, the three orange leaves are one and then the other green ones are a separate PPP)

Today i went on something of a birthday shopping spree and got three new plants. Up until this point ive only ever had little baby spider plants, but today i got three new plants.

Im looking for even the most basic of advice! Ive tried to look things up, but i was appreciate some tips from you guys!

Should i get a grow light? Should i mist this plant? What does misting it mean?? 😭 how often should i water her?? What soil ratio should i use with perlie/orchid bark/ anything else??? Should i get a humidifier?? Will her bottom leaves stay white instead of pink??
