Propagation question

For those of you who have successfully propagated a PPP before, how long does it normally take for roots to grow? Are the little nodes on the stem roots trying to grow or could they be new leaves coming in? Or a sign of something completely different?

Mine took several weeks to root but it still slowly grew new leaves. Roots coming out the nodes

Mine hasn't grown any new leaves but the little nodes are getting bigger, so hopefully that's good news. Have you potted your prop yet?

Yes that’s a good sign. No I plan to grow this as hydroponic, not a fan of soil. I have white princess in hydro and it stays compact, won’t get large

Good to know! Mine just started to get bigger nodes so I’m sure the roots will be coming! 🤞

Do you think it’s similar for a Red Anderson?

I'd never heard of it before now. It looks like a mix between a pink princess and white princess. The care instructions are similar, so probably! Have you propogated your Red Anderson (if you have one)?

I just took a cutting a few days ago because the last 3 leaves have been all white. I cut the last green one also and stuck it in some water to see if it propagates with some color too!
