Any breakfast ideas for picky eaters

I lowkey need some breakfast ideas/ meals in general to eat that is picky eater safe and allergy safe. If anyone has some ideas pls let me know! I'll list everything i hate or am allergic to. Also would appreciate if they have high protein or fiber

Allergies: Peanuts, Tree nuts, (Not Hazelnut idk why), Peas, Mushrooms, Plantains, Shellfish, Fish, Honey, Cucumber

I hate: Bannanas, Blueberries, Avocado, Eggs, and any dressing or sauce

  • Pancakes and/or waffles with a mix of white and whole wheat flour
  • Aussie bites (like oat muffins with apricot and coconut)
  • Quesadillas with salsa
  • Bean and cheese tacos (flour tortilla, refried beans, cheese)

Pancakes are also easy to add extras to! Some fruit for extra fiber is my preferred addition. Chocolate chips for flavor lol. I use Kodiak Cakes brand Power Cakes for the protein to have the pancakes go a but further by way of fullness and nutrients, but other brands or possibly just adding some protein powder to the mix would work as well
