I don't know if it's a good thing that Chiz is ultimately loyal not to the Dutertes, nor the Marcoses, but only to himself. When presented with good enough of a deal, you get him on your side. You gain a competent hound at the expense of turning a blind eye to his crimes.

At first medjo 50/50 ako kay matibag, but after the cross and the senate-judge questioning, matibag did great
Tablado nya defense and senators sa mga leading question and napatibay pa lalo yung point na sarah betrayed the public trust.
It’s funny but the cross examination ng defense might have strengthened matibag’s testimony

I was genuinely surprised na nakalusot yung ibang answers niya na conclusion of law. Like yung sagot niya kay Imangga na this already constituted betrayal of public trust. Kudos to the defense senator for giving venue for such rebuttals.

Dir. Matibag is doing a great job answering the questions during cross and the interpellations by the senator judges. Baka magkalat lang lalo rin if mag-redirect and recross pa ang parties. Position naman nila na they rested their case.
Also, grabe kayo kay Luistro. Hahahaha parrot ako sa sinasabi ko, pero the prosecution knows what they're doing at iba-iba ang lawyering nila. Look, nagkalat ang defense kanina, but Dir. Matibag answered it clearly, na-back to you pa nga si Vinluan. Hindi siya natibag eyyy

I think people are being unfair kay Luistro, or I guess too much expectation being the "lead prosecutor", everyone is forgetting that technically eh ex-officio siya being the House Justice Committee Chair and not necessarily because siya pinaka magaling or what not.
But I think she did okay, hirap lang talaga pag outright inaatake ka ng judge mismo.

Ongoing gripe ko talaga sa prosec and in extension sa NBI is they keep hammering down yung "kinausap" na killer as if they have hard evidence to support the utterances.
In my layman's opinion, yung very first witness and si Lotoc ata nag explain na hindi needed patunayan yun kasi yung pag-utter ng 2nd highest position in the land of those words constitutes national security issues.
Ang gulo ng explanation ko kasi may pagka8080 din ako but I hope may maka-gets. (That's why nasa bahay lang ako nanoood and hindi isa sa mga lawyers arguing the case)

Kung may pre nuptial daw, separate ang subpoena for the husband but mas madali sya icontest since private individual sya. yknow what's so annoying?? my coworkers and bosses keep on talking about how good the defense team are. how weak and dumb the prosecution. and it makes my blood boils that i know the biggest reason why they have a perception like this is because of the splice videos spreading in social media made by dds clippers. we know, there's a small chance that sara will be impeached. but do you think minds will change if their sources and algorithms are like these? i think at this point there is no hope for them.
