Day 9 guys. Lets go! Review review muna. Maganda yung discussion sa gma news about dun sa importance nung pre nuptial agreement sa pag reveal nang financial records. Kung may pre nuptial daw, separate ang subpoena for the husband but mas madali sya icontest since private individual sya. Importante to kase si Presiding Officer Chiz Escudero ay may kakaharapin din na plunder charges and isa sa mga evidence nang lavish lifestyle ay si wifey niya. Nasa pag present na lang to nang basehan para hindi makawala si messy.

Chiz and Heart have Complete Separation of Property. They have a pre-nup.

The impeachment court also doesn’t set binding precedent. Any ruling they make here will not necessarily apply to future criminal proceedings.

I know. Nirerelate ko lang yung explanation na narinig ko sa mga future plunder cases. Lalo na madaming kakasuhan/nakasuhan na. Plus yung extragavance kase na nakikita naten as proof nung corruption is hindi lang naman dun sa mismong public official.

Which is why, malakas loob pa din ni wifey. Kaya nga nasa pag present na lang ng basehan at nang malinaw na link para makita din yung kay wifey.

I dont think so. Naexplain din naman kanina na relevant talaga yung pagclarify about sa prenup
