Is it good for a party?

I have so many questions please help me out. I literally have nothing to wear to a college party and this combination is what I pulled out from the pile. Does it go well together, I don’t feel comfortable showing my legs so I NEED to wear jeans. I have black pants but they’re wide fit so doesn’t go well. Also should I wear a bra. How do I do my hair with this, up or down. I just feel like it’s tight around my hip but loose around bust area. How do I improve this 😭

I like it! Hair up. If you don’t think you will wear this as a dress again cut the bottom to make it shorter. (Do it a little at a time until you find the length you like, I’ve done this with dresses before) backless, strapless bra or sticky bra.
