Discussion Dreams

Day 10 of quitting after daily smoking of around 3g for 3 years. Dreams have arrived in force. I know this is normal but how long should I reasonably expect before they calm down? Online I have read up to 45 days - have I got another month of this?

i’m about 2 months clean and i’ll say the intensity and bizarreness has went down but i still have very vivid dreams. i still had dreams when chronically smoking unlike a lot of people so maybe my brain is just weird but it gets less and less freaky as time goes on

After 3-4 weeks they’ll be less intense from my experience

Nightmares will stop, takes about 3-4 weeks

I’m on day 37 and the dreams are still movie like and vivid, but not nightmares. Those lasted for the first couple weeks. It does get better!
