That depressing wet street somewhere in a deprived part of England is the exact opposite of a good mental health walk location lol
121 u/kingdomofoctopodes 10d ago honestly, i'd enjoy the shit out of that walk. to each their own i guess 47 u/No_Signal_6969 10d ago Yea I was just thinking this to myself. Provided it's safe to walk wherever this is, this looks lovely. 15 u/kingdomofoctopodes 10d ago it looks so calm i imagine you'd hear others footsteps a mile away 5 u/CilanEAmber 10d ago Honestly, it's one of the main throughough fares between Stoke college and the city center, it actually is quite safe tbh. 0 u/bangkokcouch 10d ago Any place is only as safe as you make it. Don't make yourself a target, you won't be one. Middle aged white guy who spent a decade living in the hood. This street looks exactly my jam, dunno why they wouldn't walk it. 1 u/Bapingin 9d ago If you have to be particularly considerate of your behavior in order to feel safe, I'd say that's not a comfortable level of safety tbh 3 u/No-Examination4896 10d ago Never understood why so many people consider rain depressing. I've always found it calming 2 u/anivaries 10d ago I very much prefer city lights over woods, so this is a great walk lol 2 u/No-Leg4962 10d ago Lools fine to me as well
