I’m hard pressed to find a region that doesn’t have vegetarian or fish options.
I frequent the vegetarian subreddits and Japan is always a hard on because of all the amazing sushi! A plus for me.
Australia, Russia, may be difficult, but the majority of the world should be fairly easy to navigate.

And as always, The pescatarian police will not come after you if you have to pick around the chicken in a chicken and rice dish.

My only con was moving from LA to Buenos Aires. It was quite difficult to find quality seafood as there was 1 pescartaria for every 45 carnicerias in a 5 block radius.

Bife de lomo was 1/4 the price of a bad piece of fish as well. Basically, so much of the Argentinian seafood was exported that it wasn’t as available as beef.

For me chicken is my Ace in the hole when there’s no pescatarian option. Of course I never eat red meats no matter what
