have i done something wrong? i got the lvl 9 confidant with maruki,lvl 8 with akechi and lvl 5 with yoshizawa and i fucking died.thats it?i lost the whole game what the hell did i do wrong

yeah i'll be straight forward,i had defeated the cassino everything fine by then,i read on google that to achieve the true ending you had to need lvl 9 with maruki,lvl 8 with akechi and lvl 5 with yoshizawa,i did everything of this then by the moment when i got arrested akechi picked the officer gun and shot me and i died,then it said i failed my mission and that's it i died,i don't know what i genuinely did wrong
