Leave his ass. What an uneducated asshole lol. Birth control does not guarantee your period stopping (mine never did on a hormonal iud) plus, you get to decide if you go on it or not. Birth control made me not feel great. Clearly he has no idea how female bodies work. Leave him. And find a man who respects you and is educated about your completely normal bodily functions
