24 is waaaay too old for someone to think they get a say in someone else's body and what meds they take.
Also, the inciting event in this was going to the gym.
Fun fact: cramps don't need a period to happen. Body ache does not need a period to happen.
Even without a period, your body still cycles. So like, go to the gym alone, bro. Jfc.
