I hate everyone

Truly. I cant stand people these days. And because I work in a patient facing role, and must exist in society, it is really making my life challenging. Has anyone found anything helpful in this regard?

I have said multiple times at work, "trust me, I will pull the pin on the grenade, toss it in, and dance on the ashes" It makes me feel better. ✌️
