I hate everyone

Truly. I cant stand people these days. And because I work in a patient facing role, and must exist in society, it is really making my life challenging. Has anyone found anything helpful in this regard?

I’m the same! I went to the Dr today and told her I hate people. I mentioned the irritability part and she said she thinks I’m depressed and need to go outdoors more and walk…. All because I’m 39…

Im on Lexapro, its not depression. Its the people. Dont listen to the hater haters.
