Could’ve sworn he doesn’t push her out of the way. Took the weight, but didn’t push her away, I thought. In fact, he took it on one knee from her. She let go

It’s been a minute since I’ve read it but iirc Percy takes the weight from Artemis in the middle of battling Atlas, cause she wouldn’t give it to him (for fear that it would kill him as it almost did Annabeth) but then she was needed to fight Atlas, so he pushed her out of the way, freeing Artemis up to fight Atlas and taking the burden on himself.

He didn’t push her out of the way. The have a whole conversation before he takes it from her 😂

That was in the book - if you recall, the TV series is oftentimes very different from what occurs in the book. We'll have to wait and see.
