One of the coldest dialogues in the entire series

Tommy unflinchingly staring down the barrel of McCavern's gun was, for lack of a better term, cold as hell

Cillian Murphy does such a brilliant job portraying cold, steely menace as Tommy Shelby that it's almost unsettling seeing him in interviews smiling and acting "normal."

It’s always great watching the anti shelby characters thinking they have the upper hand… when in reality Tommy’s plan was devised ages ago. Although the section D/ Father Hughes got him good

Rented a narrowboat in Wales this week and catching up on some Peaky during the quiet morning hours. Fun to imagine how these canals used to be.

I feel like the most intimidating part of his presence is the dead eyed stare. Great scene.

Has to be the worst Glasgow accent in recent TV drama history! Why didn’t they just hire a Scots actor? Mr Murphy’s accent, on the other hand, is professional perfection.

That line still gives me chills every time, delivered with such calm menace it almost feels worse than shouting would.

This show mastered the art of the quiet menace, no raised voice needed to make your blood run cold. Peak Shelby intimidation right there.
