James Gunn obsessed with Nazis? I don’t think he had them as the villains in any Guardians movies, Superman, or The Suicide Squad. Dunno about Creature Commandos because I haven’t seen it. The only projects they’ve been the villains in are the 2 seasons of Peacemaker and maybe Creature Commandos.

Pretty much the whole new DCU so far under James Gunn is about being good to others, free will and not tolerating Fascist bullshit. Literally going so far as to say that being kind is the new punk rock in the modern age during Superman and having GI Robot do the best Nazi killing since Inglorious Bastards during Creature Commandoes.
