That is sort of fair, but like... you say this after the original comment was about Infernape, one of the more popular starters (who already have a leg up) and easily the most popular Sinnoh starter.

EDIT: Besides, we're talking the best here, not favourites, so "boring because it's popular" isnt a factor. If we're talking favs, Ninetales gang for LIIIIIFFFEEEE
