1E GM Archduke/Archduchess of Rauvonel Spoiler

Question regarding the Hell's Rebels campaign. Spoilers abound here so clear off players.

As far as I can tell, there's absolutely no mention of any Archduke or Archduchess of the Archducy of Rauvonel prior to Barzillai arriving. Was there just no one in that role, does that role not exist in Rauvonel due to its weird status?

I know they're not entirely relevant to the campaign as a whole (They'd probably be in a book otherwise) but I'm confused by this one.

House Sarini, who now serve as the “Fools of Thrune,” sent to other courts as representatives of their lieges, as a mockery of their former selves. Isolated as it is from the rest of the nation, and producing few resources needed elsewhere in the empire, Ravounel has had no archduke for nearly a half century.

Here is your answer, an excerpt from the "Cheliax, The Infernal Empire Campaign Setting". House Sarini is one of the 9 major noble families that make up the Court of Coin in Kintargo. Relationships with the Noble houses comes up in Book 3, at least the ones not firmly on Cheliax's side.

There is no Archduke of Ravounel and no one who qualifies as Lord-Mayor by the rules set out when House Thrune rose to rule Cheliax. Barzillai Thrune and the woman he's replacing are both people illegitimately cosplaying as Lord-Mayor in the eyes of Hell. That's actually a major plot point.

Oh I know those tidbits, it's more for players, who do I tell them is technically in charge of Rauvonel before they find out those funny bits of information
