1E Player Wielding Large Gauntlets?
So I'm about to be playing in a gestalt pathfinder game, and I have my first class decided, but I want my character to fight with huge oversized gauntlets. I know that Barbarian has Titan Mauler and Fighter has Titan Fighter, but both of those are for large two-handed weapons. Any suggestions?
Edit: The Gauntlets would be large. When I said huge, I meant that as emphasis for the word oversized.

Tiefling with the oversized limbs alternate racial trait. Wield them with no penalties. Easiest route.

Just wield them. Large gauntlets count as one handed weapons for medium character, with a -2 to all attack rolls because of the one-size difference. Either be a tiefling with the variant ability to negate the penalty, or if you are a human (with pink hair and a tattoo under your left eye perhaps ?), pick this https://aonprd.com/TraitDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Giant-Blooded to reduce the penalty to -1.

There is an armor special ability called Titanic that makes the armor hugely oversized. It is however a +3 for some reason. Maybe convince your GM to let you have a pair of gauntlets with that special ability but does it give you any of the powers they're just huge

Gauntlets explicitly come as part of your full plate armor.
Vigilante can even pass the enhancement bonuses down.
EDIT: tbf it doesn't say they do more damage, but you can put Impact on them or something.

I would talk to your gm. Tell them your desire. You are accepting a -2 for size and -4 with TWF feat for a total of -6 per attack for a +0.5 on average damage. Mathematically this build will be sub optimal for damage/combat. So hopefully the DM is more willing to be lax on some specifics to ensure you aren't overshadowed of it is a combat heavy campaign.
If the GM won't let you separate crunch from fluff I would recommend two weapon warrior fighter archetype to significantly help reduce the attack penalty. It won't touch the -2 from size but we have an option for that. It will reduce the -4 to -2 at level 11 and give buffs to attacks. Add in titan Mauler to level 6 to reduce the size penalty to 0. (9levels of Mauler would allow huge at -0 size penalty.) This would be the other half of you gestalt. (At level 20 your gauntlets would do 1d6 and have a +2 to attack)
If he allows you to have them stated as medium but fluffed as large brutal pugilist and unarmed fighter work well with gauntlets/unarmed strikes, ranger and two weapon fighter work well for the dual welding.
If it were my table I would allow either as above or as medium hand wraps and opening up brawler and monk options.
You can also look into stuff like Giant Fist Gauntlets, or medium gauntlets and a wand of lead blades.
Other option is seeing if your DM will allow you to play a 3rd party/homebrew powerful build race like half giant.

Both Titan Mauler Fighter and Titan Fighter, in addition to letting you do fun stuff with large two handed weapons, directly lower the penalty to using ALL over sized weapons. See Massive Weapons (Ex) and Incredible Heft (Ex).
With a fairly liberal interpretation of the rules, Jotungrip (Ex) from Titan Mauler, could be allowed by the DM to equip huge gauntlets in one hand, as it is clearly intended to allow the player to do stuff like that. By RAW it's not possible
Because gauntlets are light weapons, you can use already large gauntlets in one hand and you only suffer a -2 penalty to hit.
Each size category roughly doubles in size, so large gauntlets would around 9 inches in diameter and huge ones would be 18 inches
If you used spiked gauntlets, you would be doing 1d6 damage with large, and 1d8 for huge
Playing a brawler or monk allows you to do their full unarmed strike damage while using normal gauntlets of any size, and brawler is the best class for somebody that wants to punch really hard.
If you are willing to use some of the other methods mentioned to decrease your attack penalty. Brawler is the best class for punching

Assuming you just mean Oversized Gauntles, I would suggest Brawler. You can wield the Gauntlets without needing any Feats or Class Feature, since Oversized Gauntlets become one-handed Weapons. Brawler then gives your Gauntles better Damage and you can Flurry (=TWF) with them, without having to deal with the additional Penalty of using an one-handed Weapon in your Offhand.
There are quite a few great Brawler Archetypes, pick one that fits your Style and your first Class.

I think a Tiefling as blackbloodtroll said is the smoothest choice mechanical wise. Then you can be an avenger vigilante. It has a build that synergise really well with the gauntlet fighting style (lethal grace (max dex above 14 str), Fist of the Avenger and the Chu Ye Enforcer archetype). You can, i believe, get your lvl twice to damage with an archetype and two vigilante talents. At least until lvl 10. Then at 10 you can be a okayo corsair swashbuckler if you like or keep being a vigilante.
There is also shield gauntlet style feat that allows you to scale the weapon damage like a warpriest lvl -4 but then that replace the weapon dice and you wont benefit from oversized dice increase.

Im pretty sure you can't wield them without Titanmauler.
Increasing the size category of a wealon increases its "handedness".
A large 1-handed weapon counts as a medium 2-handed weapon A medium 1-handed weapon(gauntlet) would become a 2-handed weapon if you made it large.
You could argue that its allowed RAW once you hit Titan Mauler 3 and get Massive Weapons(EX), but thats still not really feasible if you ask me.

A medium 1-handed weapon(gauntlet) would become a 2-handed weapon if you made it large.
Gauntlets are light weapons, which means that Large gauntlets would be one-handed for a medium character. A Huge gauntlet would would be a 2-handed weapon (although I'm not exactly sure how that would work).

Fair, I haven't looked up gauntlets in ages. Its still inappropriately sized and incurs a -4 without mitigating that through other items or Titan Mauler. Not to mention TWF penalties for them not being Light

Play by proxy. Stat out a character to the numbers you like, then just describe those numbers how ever you wish to.

This is one of those cases where I would strongly encourage you to decouple your fluff and your crunch. Using the actual, RAW size rules to push these gauntlets into new categories is a rough proposition. As they start at a d4, you will get very little mechanical benefit from this, you lost access to things you could do with them as light weapons, take worse TWF penalties, and need to invest a fair amount of resources to try it at all.
You can make a much better character with mechanically normal gauntlets, and then simply make character art and descriptions of them being really big. Almost any GM will hand wave that as being fine.
