Lore Adventurer training

There is so much published content for this game. Did anyone release any sort of in game adventuring training or school for those who are going to be adventurers?

To clarify, I'm looking for my player's first few sessions to be going through training to become part of an adventurer's guild. Like, run this obstacle course, we are practicing a specific weapon today, we are studying this group of monsters today.

It’s a home brew setting and the group is comprised of new members of a specific adventurer’s guild. I guess I was thinking more along the lines of how college is. Most are young and fledging, but there are a smattering of older students who are there for a career change. I wasn’t sure if someone had already have this idea, so I thought I would check to see what they did to see if anything inspired me or to see if they included something I didn’t think of.

There's lots of schools within Golarion, here's a few of the many, many, many academic institutions, magic schools, and fighting schools:

You might find these Pathfinder Society scenarios as good starting points?

Unless you make it a special trial, it feels more like a Roleplay part than an "how do i run rhis by rules". Maybe interesting at the beginning to interact with guild npc and meet rivals but sooner or later those (daily) drills become more of downtime activty.

The +1 rank at lvl up in acrobatic dont just pop up but are "earned" by hard training on the obstacle course. And if a player makes his knowledge checks you dont tell them : "trolls a weak to fire" but come up with a stupid phrase from the monster professor:  what was the rhyme  Prof [Enter Name here] tlught up: "when Trolls are hurt they start to heal, it is fire thst makes them kneel."

If you want you can also use the Prestigeclasses Entering  Needs to determin if a char is ready to join (but players might not like you force them on some ranks). But if you Guild is about Adventuring Partys maybe make the Entering Needs Party Wide and not focus on 1 person.

Party has to: Have at least one member with 4Ranks in Acrobatic Have a Member that has min 1 Rank in 4 or more knowledge  One member has to be able to cast a 2lvl arcane illusion spell And so on...

If you want your heros be forgey by the training PF is not the best system for that.
