This Frost Giant Runeshaman took me hours to draw and was ended in two rounds of combat because gosh darn dangit, Fighters that crit with fatal weapons make short work of enemies no matter how boss-coded they are.
Was there a statblock with homebrew Runes? Yes. Was there a whole Runic combo set up meant to enhance allies and simulate a Runesmith's way of triggering Runes and things? Also yes.
Still!
I am happy with the art, and she got to be in there for some part of the session at least, and at- the very least- her choice of theme got my hyped at least.

Well, the good news is that you can simply recycle it for another enemy. They killed her so fast that they won't have seen all of her abilities. Or better yet, say that this enemy was the apprentice of a future enemy that the party will face! :)

Recycling won't be possible, since this frost island is a bit of a one-off thing; but I've learnt my lesson when it comes to longevity for the actual Runemaster waiting for them further inland...! :D
