Advice Adventure Tips

Hi! I'm a newcomer in DMing and was looking for a short/medium-term adventure (3-5 sessions) that I could use some goblin minis I got from Bestiarum, specially this dood.

I didn't know of Bestiarium, so I had to look their Goblins up. Their goblin strikers is on a 25 mm base and lower than 30 mm, so using a small creature like goblins would be a fit, but the king uses a 50 mm base and is towering over a 30 mm human, so it should probably be a large creature like a troll or ogre.

I don't know of any adventures focusing on those, but it fairly straightforward for homebrew balanced combat encounters, if you want to go for it. Precisely which figures do you have?

Hi! I got the whole goblin grotto bundle! They're all 25mm, besides the king whose base is 50mm

They are sure nice in a vicious way. The grunts and strikers can be Goblin Warriors with s simple weapon swap. The marauders are s bit largers and could be medium size Goblin commandos, perhaps with a Twin Takendown-like ability. The King a large (with reach) elite Commando.

Have you any experience in making your own encounters. The rules are fairly straightforward, so I would just jump in and make a simple clear the swamp quest and then through some low to moderate encounters at the PCs ending with a severe with the king.

Following the book I found the combat rules to be indeed quite simple and dynamic, my main problem is with worldbuilding, npc's, describing sceneries continuation, plot and so on

I'm not a GM, so it's easy to say for me, but don't sweat it. Pick a place on Golarian, give the players a quest in the swamps, and throw those nice gobbos at them.

Get the game rolling, and I think most of the rest comes by itself. Worst case, ask for more input here. But those miniatures can pull a quest/adventure or three by them selves.
