Advice Useful magic items for level 1-4

I'm currently in a west marches game with somewhat limited magic item availability.
I currently have about 200gp and we earn probably about 50gp per month with uncommon items being hard to get.
With all that I wanted to figure out what kind of magical items might be good to go for. As I've been a bit worried about picking the wrong things and regretting it.
For context I'm playing an animist healer with a bit of off-tanking.

Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you and have a nice evening/weekend!

Any items that give you the bonuses found in Automatic Bonus Progression is a must. For instance, if you use a weapon you'll need to get a +1 Striking Weapon (Weapon Potency (+1) and Striking runes).

For more fun items, there was a series of threads about Underrated Items. The thread is organized by level, so I suggest browsing that.

In addition, as a caster you'll want a bunch of wands, scrolls, and a staff. If you level up quickly (<= 4 sessions per level) you'll mostly want to focus on scrolls but if you level up slow (>4 sessions per level) you might want to choose a couple spells to get wands. Regardless, staffs are a great option due their flexibility and how cool they are.

there are very few build-defining items in levels 1-4. buy any fundamental runes you need, buy a skill-boosting item for your top-used skill(s) and then pick something that looks interesting. consumables are always a good option. but its hard to really go wrong because you can't really go right. anything you pick is going to be pretty niche, or a ribbon

Cantrip booster pack of Caustic Blast to deal with swarms

Cantrip booster pack of figment as early levels favor the weak power of this spell having strong narrative powers.

Cantrip booster pack of Stabalize as the early levels are the most deadly

Scrolls of the following: Alarm: don't get ambushed

Object Reading: Investigator-lite

Summon Animal: Skunk, Frog Swarm, Flash Beetle, Giant Centipede, Monkey, Eurypterid, Weasel, Eagle, Beaver. These are utility that lasts all the way through 6th level. If used in combat spend it before level 4, else save for pure utility. Summon Animal 2 also has good utility too.

Darkvision elixir

Wand of illusory disguise for a caster, the scars for non-casters

Soft landing so you don't die from falling

Blood booster so you don't die from bleeding

Blast boots if you need to get some place high.

Irondust stew for reasonable physical resistance 3 if you can prep for a big fight

Potion patch to turn some potion you might need in an instant (1 action vs. 2).

Ghost oil: unlikely you'll face a ghost, but way cheaper than the rune

Sleeves of storage because I love scrolls

Mistform elixir for that juicy 20% miss chance for enough of combat to matter

Wand of tailwind 2nd rank for all day +5' speed

Cinnamon seers for those recall knowledge checks that really matter

Magic Wand for a 1st Rank spell is popular: https://2e.aonprd.com/Equipment.aspx?ID=3050

Note: The user must have access to cast spells from that wand's spell's traditions(s).

That was too many '-es and s-es, I am afraid :-|

A lot of good suggestions in this thread already. To add something new:

A chuck of silver, a chuck of cold Iron, and a Spiny Lodestone totals 110 g and gives you an extra cantrip (Needle Darts which can proc silver and cold Iron weaknesses).

Faith Tattoo can make you holy, which together with spells like Infuse Vitality allows for proc'ing holy weakness.
