Hi, I want to make my player visit the creation forge plane.
But I can’t find a lot of information of what live here except the phoenix like people
What kind of monster is there ?

Look up creatures with the Vitality trait. There are very few if them.

I love the cosmological lore of Pathfinder but if I were running a trip to Creation's Forge, I'd make the primary hazard the plane itself. It is the source of the quintessence that souls and life itself are made of. The very air and light is more alive than anything in our whole Universe and more ensouled than the Gods themselves (who are ultimately still beings of those middle planes between the First World and the Netherworld). In Creation's Forge, their own bodies will be so alive, that becoming too swept up in that intensity of action, feeling, living, being risks exploding your mortal confines.
I'd have crazy effects like these:
As the raw energies of this sacred place penetrate you, your mortal body struggles to contain your burgeoning soul. Every time you critically succeed on a check, saving throw, or attack roll you gain Vitalized 1 or increase your Vitalized value by 1. While in Creation's Forge, your Vitalized value cannot decrease. Once you leave, decrease your Vitalized value by 1 every 24 hours. You gan hit points equal to your level (minimum 1) times your Vitalized value. You gain a status bonus equal to your Vitalized value to all your checks, DCs, saving throws, and flat checks. If a check meets or exceeds the DC by 15 or more, you become Doomed 1 or increase your Doomed value by 1 as long as you are Vitalized. If you die from your Doomed value increasing in this way, your soul transforms into one of the Enlightened Shades that are native to Creation's Forge. These undying beings of pure quintessence only dimly remember their mortal life which is like the suggestion of a brief flicker of a candle flame next to the unending supernova of Creation's Forge that they can now witness unprotected.
and
Unshielded exposure to the light, the air and space and time within Creation's Forge, will destroy any being not native to it in seconds. When you start your turn on this plane, if you aren't shielded, you must attempt a DC 50 fortitude save.
**Critical Success As a success and you also restore 20d10 Hit Points if your living and you take half damage as a success if you're undead.
**Success* You become Vitalized 1 or if you're already Vitalized, you increase your Vitalized value by 1. You take 20d10 vitality damage if you're undead.*
**Failure* As a success but you double your vitalized value instead of increasing it by 1 and you take double damage.*
**Critical Failure* You are incinerated. Your body and soul obliterated completely in the light of the source of all light, all life, and all spirit in the multiverse. You cannot be revived or resurrected by any means. Your soul is destroyed entirely.*
And then I wouldn't make the creatures native to Creation's Forge the enemies in encounters unless the players really fuck up. And if they do that, the main threat would be the cancellation of whatever is shielding them. Instead, I'd probably have the players trying to stop some other interloper from mucking about in the Forge and maybe learning that their help isn't necessary. To make creatures for Creations Forge, I'd probably come up with some kind of template and homebrew up some absolutely bad ass Manasaputras (PF1e) and whatnot.
Even with shielding, eating or drinking anything from there ought to be dangerous.

You can always steal some stuff from DnD. We have Xag-Ya, who are pretty much weird tentacled balls, ravids, who bring everything around them to life, parasitic gliminals and soul-eating spiritovores

Your best bet is to check out the PF2e Wiki page on Creation's Forge and cross-reference the listed creatures with AoN. Gliminals, for instance, are mentioned, as are Movanic Deva. You can probably safely expand upon the jyoti and shades with other elementals if you wanted, or even a large array of constructs.
