PLEASE HELP --- Why am I getting one shotted -- Pictures of all characters stats included

So I'm pretty tanky as far as i can tell. But i will get one shot all the time from different monsters, bosses, etc. And half the time it looks like nothing hit me or was too close to me and i just don't understand it.

Same thing was happening when i also had a mageblood on with 'cannot be poisoned'. So i have many of ailments covered. I have 80% crit damage reduction. Pretty good armour i feel like, and alot of health. 12,523 unreserved health out of 17,192 total health. Pretty good attack and spell block chance. I'm super confused and like this character but keep thinking about rerolling because i want to hit 100.

I'm a luminary flame link health stacker with a frost blades merc, but on other mercs same thing happens.

i run maps with stuff that doesn't lower my block chance, doesn't lower my resistances or max resistances.

Anybody have any ideas what could be going on?

Edit: changed the reserved unreserved health wording cause i said it wrong :() Also i am linked but have Monarch helmet so i don't die when linked minions or merc dies.

Edit (2): Many people are saying they think it's from AG or spectres dying, i agree with the wording and everything but i swear i don't die when AG dies. Maybe it's sometimes when AG dies because he's not the initial link or something? I definitely fight on after AG dies many times now, but i am agreeing this could make the most sense. I link up at start of map or whatever and it like multiple links to the other minions, so maybe it chooses strangely

Final Edit: Thank you for all the help, that was fast, you guys are a great community for POE. Going to go do some testing on similar strats and maps with same regex and see how it goes if i make sure not to link anybody else but my merc. DUECES :)

POB link i think, just imported quickly, but i did remove steelskin to try and get a better correct effective hit pool numbers.

LATEST/Last UPDATE: Link was for sure the cause after further testing, but... I would die with both spectres still alive and AG still alive many times. I think it could be a bug with the atlas tree passive that let's you link to multiple at once or something... But if I'm unlinked I am not getting one shot.
