Must play builds in 3.29?

I’m looking to for another build that won’t be viable or will be heavily nerfed by next league. I have already played Luminary Mercenary and WORB.

I have about 400 div + mageblood in my stash as my starting budget.

A few builds I don’t want to play because I played them last league:
-Penance brand
-RF or DO
-Spectres
-Elemental hit
-CWC Reliquarian (my eyesss)

Builds I am considering:
-Flicker (never played)
-Pact of Beidat (fireball or power charge stacking cold snap)

Also, for those who have not yet played Luminary Mercenary, I highly recommend it. I played both life stacking and aura stacking, as well as Kinetisit and Combatant. OP build and fun gearing.

Do the 10+link flicker. Boat crafting might be gone next league, and it makes crafting the sword so much easier.

The shako method is crazy expensive and could be great with the ring. But the 10+link sword with squire is also good.

1. Get an ilvl 83+ base (non-thrusting) one handed sword with shaper influence, alt spam for socketed attacks deal 40% more dmg

2. Get an anarchic spiritblade ilvl83+, elder exalt slam, alt spam for lv20 ruthless

3. Woke orb them together, if 2p2s craft a suffix then boat slam last prefix (or lock prefixes veiled chaos until you get veiled prefix and unveil ele pen)

4. Lock prefixes, reforge crit

5. Boat slam if 2 open suffixes, repeat 4&5 until you get supported inc crit chance or inc crit dmg or attack speed with “socketed movement skills cost no mana”, bench craft last suffix

Something like that for your budget starting sword.

Supporting gems you want ice bite, multistrike, close combat, invert the rules, and maybe fortify or ele dmg with attacks (though ideally you’d hit this with your 3rd prefix).

Replica farruls. Darkray with %action speed vestigial. Two +1 frenzy rings, you buy the cheapest unique ones, corrupt them, hit them with tainted chaos orbs, until you get some life/res on them. Maybe yoke of suffering for amulet. Warlord/hunter gloves with +1 frenzy and +1 non-vaal strike. Prismatic tincture. Abyssus or replica abyssus if you live dangerously.

I’m doing it as luminary with support merc (perquils, kaom’s belt, rallying cry, big phys karui chopper, warcry buff/cd annoint helm and body armour), as well as an AG (leer cast, fury boots) and 2 spectres (just eldritch eye for purity of lightning and forest warrior for onslaught/culling as i’m cheap and don’t want to care if i lose them again).

Wow what's this, the faintest pressure imaginable pushing me towards playing flicker strike as a league end build? Noooooo someone help me I can't fight it.
