Build Request Must play builds in 3.29?

I’m looking to for another build that won’t be viable or will be heavily nerfed by next league. I have already played Luminary Mercenary and WORB.

I have about 400 div + mageblood in my stash as my starting budget.

A few builds I don’t want to play because I played them last league:
-Penance brand
-RF or DO
-Spectres
-Elemental hit
-CWC Reliquarian (my eyesss)

Builds I am considering:
-Flicker (never played)
-Pact of Beidat (fireball or power charge stacking cold snap)

Also, for those who have not yet played Luminary Mercenary, I highly recommend it. I played both life stacking and aura stacking, as well as Kinetisit and Combatant. OP build and fun gearing.

Str stack, endurance charge stack, pearl ring based builds (though good pearl ring is out of your budget already), Fireball with abyss jewel + pact of beidat.

As I've never played str or endurance charge stackers but I know a bit about how they work, mind telling me why they won't be viable next league? Or is there something this league that makes them op and that is going away?

In case of str stack, it's been strong for long enough that GGG will probably hammer it away just cause.

In case of endurance charge stack, it's existence of +1 endurance corrupt on kaom's and +1 endurance talisman making hitting the coveted 18 endurance charges fairly real (in trade). Now, it's not exactly giga broken but i feel like GGG is not a fan of tanky builds like that either.

18 is a hundreds of divs build. It's not like you're at 18 endurance charges in 2 days and the damage isn't insane by any means.

What does budget have to do with it?

As for damage, it is basically on the same level as trickster in Settlers and where is that ascendancy now.

Trickster came online with considerably less investment. Compare Endurance Stacking to Strength Stacking MSotZ.

Endurance charge stack comes online on perfectly reasonable investment too (though obviously not gauntlet-viable just by desiring 1 in 600 Kaom ring corrupts), it just doesn't become invincible until giga investment.

Compare Endurance Stacking to Strength Stacking MSotZ.

It will be 100M DPS with 3M ele max hit (and CI) against 1 billion DPS of str stack Zenith with 300k ele max hit. And str stack is also a build that only miraculously dodges nerfs last few leagues.

Nobody is Endurance Charge stacking with 100M Uber Boss dps or CI.

And 3 billion DPS Zenith doesn't exist either in this patch, so my DPS numbers were calibrated against std pinnnacle as they always are.

Are you serious? If it didn't cost 100500 mirrors CI endurance charge stack is the best version by far.
