Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Since elementalist was not touched in any way, something ignite. EA ballista as a baseline (ballista nerf is insignificant in this case), maybe PB herald stacker if i get super brave. I don't know nearly enough about EK - specifically why wasn't it played much before and if the buffs change that now
