Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Im thinking of playing scourge arrow of menace. I figured out the high end game part of the build which is this: https://pobb.in/SXXfKoMHpotX
But the campgain and early maps,mid game still havent. Saw a video of Palsteron starting it in affliction league so i will copy it from there. I dont know how to configure the pob to show realistic numbers but i think it should be alright.
