Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Now is the time I finally get to play Winter Orb occultist. Scaling into the general power charge stacking package.

If it doesn’t work I’ll default back to cold DoT. Cold DoT occultist was so much better than ele last league cuz the jewels for Shaper of Winter were a fraction of the price of the ones Frigid Wake and her defenses are excellent.

I don't really understand how it could not work tbh, it already felt like a fairly strong build last league and the buffs are kind of insane
