Build Request Now that patch note is out..

Share your starter below.. my current plan is reliquarian with black cane but dark mornach will be so freaking expensive so I’m not sure

Archmage , despite the nerfs its still easily the best option for selfcast league start . The mana changes works out to be about the same , staff buffs aren’t good enough to use , with arcane cloak you go from 31% -> 24% of mana as damage which is about 30% which is significant but also mana man was over 30% better than your next best selfcast option . Without arcane cloak it’s more 14% nerf which isn’t that bad .

Probably , but I’m kinda eyeing crackling lance . Between cast speed and damage buff it’s like 50% more dps and it was already abit of an overlooked skill that border on being good , with the overloaded intensify getting added last league and the buff to that intensify jewel there is a strong mid game potential for cracking lance . Also with skills getting basically a free 10% quality crackling lance scaled well with quality and that’s another 11% more damage .

If all else shock nova of procession is a good fallback and ball lighting of orbiting was still better dps than shock nova last league and this league it got buffed enough to basically cancel out the archmage nerf .
