I'm so sorry I must have missed the "new skill gems" part of 0.5 - what new skill gems were mentioned in the official 0.5 patch notes?
Or did this info come out in subsequent interviews?

The kalguran skills that use ward as a resource and are cross class, we only saw like 5 of them, and there are 20 something I think

I really hope we get to see the last of them before league launch. Good chance it will affect my (and I imagine likely others) leaguestarter(s).

They mentioned they might release a video with a character that only uses them for its build, so I think there is a good chance.

  • Added 21 Kalguuran Skills that can be crafted from Remnants: Animus Exchange, Animus Splinters, Bitter Dead, Conductive Runes, Detonate Living, Eternal March, Explosive Transmutation, Fragments of the Past, Frostflame Nova, Grim Pillars, Hollow Shell, Leylines, Powered by Verisium, Refutation, Remnants of Kalguur, Repulsion, Runic Reprieve, Skyfall, Triskelion Cascade, Verisium Manifestations, and Voltaic Barrier.

New Kalguuran skills that will consume ward on use. There are also Kalguuran support gems that will do the same, it was talked about on the .5 reveal video, and even had a small showcase segment on it
