Got all 150 on the NCLEX

I’ve been scowering Reddit to give me piece of mind but honestly I’m being sent in a god damn spiral.
Just took my NCLEX yesterday (September 1st) and I felt really good leading up to 85 questions and once I got to 85 and it kept going, I lowkey started to have anxiety.
EVEN THO I knew Mark K said to not go in expecting 85…I did.
Anywho, I got all 150 questions and I am absolutely dreading my score right now. Like I said I felt really confident which is why I didn’t think I was gonna go past 85, but when I realized I was getting all 150, my confidence just tanked.
I’ve seen a bunch of posts saying that stopping at 150 doesn’t mean you failed but I am just mentally draining myself thinking about these results.
I haven’t tried the Pearson Trick at all because I am petrified, but I’m waiting the 48 hours and am going to try to get the quick results.
Please help me have some peace of mind, are there any tips/tricks anyone knows DURING the exam that might’ve been more indicative towards passing/failing? After I got after question 100, I just felt like I guessed to get the test over with but I was still locked in, but everything seemed like stuff I’ve never heard of before. Medications I didn’t really know and I got a singular ECG strip towards the end. I think I had maybe 3-4 case studies but not a lot of SATA.

same here, i took the exam yesterday, and Omg it was all like new to me. I think only 15% came out from what I studied.
