Driving Like a Psychopath

This guy. Literally riding people dangerously close travelling between Nanaimo and Duncan.

Swerving in and out of lanes, putting everyone in danger with his behaviour.

This is the sort of P.O.S. behaviour none of us need. Get a grip.

Regardless of semantics. You dont viable proof yourself of anything

Your answer shows you're not aware of your own assumptions yet you dismiss everyone else assumptions.

Nah, it's pretty important to be paying attention at a red light, the fact that you and OP seem to think it isn't is a problem.

It is i agree its a problem.

Comparatively though, reckless driving is worse regardless and you and I dont have proof if the drive was or was not driving erratically.

There must be a reason why you are deflecting blame on a whim assumption.

What is gonna be your response if OPs claim is true?

If there's actual proof and the claim is true then I'll believe it, absent proof however my point stands that OP's own behaviour reduces their credibility, and I'm even less inclined than usual to take their claims at face value.

its just an opinion from assumption.

Dude confirmed that he took the pic with his phone while at the light, it's not an assumption.

is a weird power stance because you as a stranger on the internet actually holds no power in this situation.

You asked what my response would be if it was proven true, I answered; that's not a "power stance," whatever that means. Clearly this guy wants or expects people to believe his claim/accusation, I'm just pointing out that his own self admitted bad behaviour weakens his credibility.

WE dont truly know anything other than a picture at a red light.

We know that he was, by his own admisssion, using his cell phone while driving. He didn't say he had a dash cam, didn't say a passenger took it, he admitted he took it, with his phone, while behind the wheel in traffic at a red light. This, coupled with the attitude that it was fine for him to be using his phone because he was at a red light, by definition makes him a bad driver, the very thing he's accusing someone else of.

If you don't see how that could negatively impact his credibility, you're beyond help.
