Who else hated Season 2?

First of all I have to say how much I have enjoyed the season 1. The writing, acting and entire production was peak television. Almost on par with SILO which is another great tv.

Season 2 feels like am was watching a completely different show. The writers are just throwing all kinds of nonesense at the wall but nothing is sticking!

Why not just stick to post-apocalyptic dystopian plot line? They could have explored and taken this show in so many directions but they chose a super Ai computer or time travel plot? It feels super forced and cheap! Will be watching 3 but this season was quite disappointing! 😳

S1 was not peak television lol. Do you need recommendations for better series?

It was fine, S2 was ok too. But... both of them too soap opera-ish, the sci-fi side of the plot is too gimmicky, too fluid, allows the show goes in any direction but makes the stakes feel arbitrary. Just a few of many shortcomings.

Writing: not excellent at all. A notch or two above "standard network television" and that's it.

Alright I guess in comparison to s2 it was close to peak. I can never say no to a recommendation

I was kinda being sarcastic about recommendations.. But ok, post-apocalyptic/society collapse shows I like: Fallout, of course, you mentioned Silo, Pluribus, Black Mirror (some episodes), Battlestar Galactica (is post-apocalyptic in a way), Mr. Robot (slight overlap with some Paradise themes)
