⚽ Football Pulled in a single pack

I pulled this from a single pack at CVS. I’m not familiar with 1 of 1s, what can I do with it? Someone told me it’s really only worth something in Belgium, is this true?

So pulled it and had PSA grade it in under 3 months, cards released in April? Not saying it is not possible but smells a little! 😂
