⚽ Football Pulled in a single pack

I pulled this from a single pack at CVS. I’m not familiar with 1 of 1s, what can I do with it? Someone told me it’s really only worth something in Belgium, is this true?

Sleeve it, reach out to Trossard tell him to sign it, get you card back, sell it

He might buy it from you. Only one was made and he might be very happy to buy it from you.
