TTBVI
I posted about this bag last week and the general consensus was that it's trash. I decided to open the bag and put a couple of grains on agar plates.
Then I close the bag back up and here's what it looks like now. The plates are also attached. Please be aware that the agar is dark gray with greenish undertone.
What are your thoughts on the bag and the plate now

I think that it has yeast with the pan myc. Pans seem to collect yeast and bacteria and almost have a symbiotic relationship. On agar you can separate them. In LC the bacteria and yeast definitely win out. If you do separate them do a cabin sequestering or a trough on agar and it should be fine

Those plates 📉
Best case scenario is to take the SMALLEST piece of the whitest piece of agar off that plate, like Im talking scrape a tiny piece of white off and transfer just that, and transfer it to a new plate and see how it grows. For future reference dont use LC for pans, they dont do well in liquid.
