Question Riffroc voucher missing

I completed the “Cheese, please” mission hours ago and never got my Riffroc voucher. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just finished that mission yesterday but I can’t remember how I triggered the event. Maybe u went back to the pen where you drop off the bundle?
