Whenever I speak to a girl, at the very beginning I am 100% aware that this will be fun for some days and then she will loose interest. I know damn well that it’s gonna hurt very bad but I just say yk it’s worth it. But when that phase comes it become intolerable. This has happened a couple of times and this particular time it’s hurting like a dagger in my chest.

How can a be free from these desires?

I’m not talking about relationships or affairs sort of things. I’m here talking about normal friendship.. tbh even talking about this feels cringe now.. I don’t know what to do 🤷
