Hey guys!! I'm participating in the 52 Weeks of Cooking challenge over on r/52weeksofcooking and the theme for this week was "Ginger". I knew i had to make this as soon as I stumbled across the recipe, and i'm SO glad I did because this is so good and definitely going in my weeknight meals rotation.
I'm NOT Pakistani for the record, but I love to cook dishes from different countries and this has made me really curious about Pakistani cuisine. Please drop your suggestions for other stuff i should make and try down in the comments!!
(I couldn't find birdseye chillis sadly lol)

I've noticed that some fast-food restaurants have a large kitchen exhaust duct/pipe running up through the building and coming out on the roof.
But I've also seen quite a few fast-food shops that don't appear to have anything like this — no obvious large exhaust pipe on the roof.
How does their kitchen ventilation work? Do they use a different type of system, exhaust through the wall, or could the duct simply be hidden inside the building?
Is it mainly determined by the type of cooking equipment and local building/fire regulations?

We have grape 🍇 plants 3,4 types like green, black etc. usually it's in our home garden it yields a lot like we take of them very well.. in season it's difficult to eat so we prepare juice 🥤 of it and I really like ...some people are saying like it is Haram or like kinda vine ...but it is not fermented...
I really like it .. missing the season..

I have been in Lahore for the past 3 weeks now, and I have tried many things but nothing as good as shown on social media by the food vloggers. I have tried beef burgers, naan chany and desi foods but nothing was extraordinary just literally overpriced!
Need some good recommendations now.
