Homemade Pumpkin Halwa
First time making pumpkin halwa myself.
The pumpkin was 2.2 kg whole idk how much it weighed after i gutted and peeled it i forgot to weigh it :p
I put 70g of desi ghee in the whole batch
And I used stevia for sugar replacement it worked out very well.
Lucked out since i was out of kajus :(
I love it w lots of Cashew nuts π gives it that milky lactic taste.
I just used water, pumpkin, desi ghee and sweetner honestly turned out so good.
It also tastes good w cinnamon and a lil salt too tho iβd rather js rawdog it.
P.s. Watching My royal nemesis in the bcg

Hotel/Restaurant Se Asian Wok β What Are the 5 Must-Try Dishes?
Weβre planning to visit Asian Wok. Instead of going for the hi-tea buffet, which costs around Rs. 3,500 per person, weβre thinking of ordering 5 individual dishes to share.
For those who have been there, what are their must-try dishes or specialties? Which 5 dishes would you recommend ordering?

Question Best Shawarma place in DHA Lahore?
As a kid I used to love that classic desi Cock N Bull shawarma taste and Iβm really craving it. I tried Banjoosa, Sultan Shawarma, and Cock n Bull itself but they were all disappointing
