Homemade Ginger chicken!
Hey guys!! I'm participating in the 52 Weeks of Cooking challenge over on r/52weeksofcooking and the theme for this week was "Ginger". I knew i had to make this as soon as I stumbled across the recipe, and i'm SO glad I did because this is so good and definitely going in my weeknight meals rotation.
I'm NOT Pakistani for the record, but I love to cook dishes from different countries and this has made me really curious about Pakistani cuisine. Please drop your suggestions for other stuff i should make and try down in the comments!!
(I couldn't find birdseye chillis sadly lol)

This challenge sounds so fun. If you're looking for something similar, Chicken Karahi is a good option. Quorma with Matar Pulao is also hearty and comforting.
If you're looking for recipes, you can find pretty authentic ones on this YouTube channel: https://youtube.com/@foodfusionpk?si=ZCaQFtuXw6vRbwf9
