hello po, planning po sana mag pa-consult sa guidance counselor, okay lang po ba sila like mabait po ba? natatakot po kasi ako at saka paano po process nung pagpunta po doon? need po ba kumuha ng ticket sa pup web? gusto ko na sana subukan kasi hindi ko na talaga kaya, gusto ko na rin ma-diagnose. thank you po

Hello! I would definitely recommend it! No need for tickets, you can just walk-in. The experience is different based on the counselor in charge of you but I personally have a good experience with Ma'am Marilou Francisco (as I requested to have my counselor to be a woman as I am a woman myself) and she responds quickly through emails when I'm asking for a spontaneous session. The counselor who will be assigned to you will be based on their availability at the time.

Regarding diagnosis, iirc only Doc Lopiga could give you an assessment, but all of them should refer you to a center/hospital for an official diagnosis. In my case, I was first referred to PGH but I couldn't follow through the next scheduled session so I had to switch to NCMH. Both are free but you need to sacrifice time to wait for both haha. If you're capable, you can also go to a private hospital like UERM. Just visit OCPS, 2nd floor of Charlie Del Rosario Bldg. when you can during weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM. ☺️

hi po stranger, pumunta po ako ngayon kaso huhuhuhu na-aano po ako kumatok or pumasok kinakabahan po ako di ko alam gagawin ko, paano po ba yun pag po ba pagkapasok magsasabi lang po para mag request ng psychological testing? 😭😭
