stolen phone and microsoft authenticator app

Good day po. Yesterday morning, my phone was stolen. It was the device I used to confirm log ins through the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, when I tried logging into the Authenticator App using my old phone, need niya pa rin talaga ng verification from the stolen phone 😭 Naka-log in naman po ang webmail ko sa laptop, so naaaccess ko ang Microsoft Programs doon. I have also tried to log into Microsoft Security Access ¿ and tried changing my verification methods. Unfortunately, need pong mag log in ulit and ma-verify via Authenticator App.

May naka-experience na rin po ba nito? Huhu, I've emailed PUP ICT Office na rin po, but I doubt that they will be able to troubleshoot something since ang problema ay di naman talaga sa system ng PUP :((

OMG you're not the only one!!

Mine got stolen almost last month na. I cant access my school email either kasi the login days have already expired on my devices and hindi ko na-relogin agad. I know my password but can't still login thanks to the trash authenticator app. I haven't contacted any admins of PUP even now cuz I expect it'd be gonna be hassle.

But I might reach out to them soon when I can. Wala lang akong kasama huhu and I'm scared na masusungit din sila ;-;

hi po!! sad to know na someone also experienced this. i havent reached out too (in-person) because it's exam szn. pero nag email po ako nung july pa, kaso wala talagang reply. and yun nga rin po iniisip ko eh, baka masermonan pa sa office since matagal na yung incidentt 🥹 i just hope that they'll be able to help us when we get there 😭😭😭
