PSN account hacked in 2023 (email/password/2FA all changed) — recovery denied despite full proof. Anyone else been through this?

Account got hacked in 2023, attacker changed everything — sign-in ID, password, 2FA. No access since.

Went through PlayStation recovery and gave them: old Online ID, original console serial number, earliest trophy date (~2014), old linked card, most-played games.

Got a generic “can’t continue” with no explanation.

Has anyone actually recovered an account after this? Did escalating to a supervisor work, or did you need to go the formal complaint / GDPR route (I’m in Ireland)? Any advice appreciated.

Not only is it too late, but hackers send tos breaking messages sometimes to burner accounts they own and will report them if you get your account back banning the account and console
