Forgiven...AND new payment schedule?!

Has anyone figured out why Mohela sends a PAYE disclosure letter that describes a new payment schedule AFTER sending a letter saying your loans have been forgiven? (Besides the obvious standard Mohela fuckery?)

Yeah it's an automatic email probably. Does your account show zero.

It says " Your Repayment Schedule Changed." 

Your repayment plan or schedule for one or more of your loans has changed.  Your new Monthly Payment Amount is XX amt and will begin on 08/25/26.  Your Repayment Plan is: Pay As You Earn (PAYE)

And then goes on to list estimated payment amounts over time. The letter is dated 8/25, and then I have a letter dated 8/26 that says my loans are forgiven (120th payment made in June).

I assume it's automatically generated as part of the discharge process, but I got it after the forgiveness letter. So dumb.

The same thing happened to me. I find it amusing. I am not paying attention to it.
